Sarika Reed

Sarika Reed is the Director of Data Services at MDC Associates, overseeing all aspects of clinical data management. Her responsibilities range from strategic planning to database development and execution, ensuring the delivery of accurate, high-quality clinical data that drives regulatory success for in vitro diagnostics (IVDs) and medical device trials. She develops and implements comprehensive data management strategies, coordinates cross-functional teams, and manages electronic data capture (EDC) systems, database design, and data analysis for complex clinical studies.

With over a decade of experience, Sarika has successfully led data management teams and built robust databases for global regulatory submissions. Her expertise includes database development, managing large-scale clinical trials, and improving processes to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance. In her previous roles at Medrio, DePuy Synthes, and NuVasive, she designed and maintained clinical trial databases and managed end-to-end data processes.

Sarika holds a B.Sc. in Bioengineering from UC San Diego and a Biostatistics Certificate. She is known for streamlining data processes and mentoring teams to meet the rigorous demands of the healthcare industry.
